The 'Landmarks of Leeds' limited edition artist signed print was inspired by the city's beautiful and industriously grand architecture. I have selected landmark buildings which represent the city centre, that include the entrance to Leeds City Market, Leeds Town Hall, University Parkinson building, Leeds Civic Hall, Corn Exchange, entrance to The Grand Theatre, entrance to Leeds Museum, entrance to County Arcade, Henry Moore's Reclining Woman sculpture, The Granary Building on the Leeds and Liverpool canal, buildings from The Calls area on the River Aire, Sir Thomas Brock's bronze Black Prince sculpture in City Square and the former Yorkshire Bank building near to City Square on Boar Lane. I have hand-drawn the illustration using pen and ink before being digitally enhanced with my chosen colour scheme and added patterns inspired by the architecture of Leeds.
