The artwork has been printed in the UK onto quality textured card that has a matte finish. It is packaged into a clear artwork bag for protection and supported by a thick white backing board.
I am proud to support British manufacturing and this illustrated print has been proudly designed in Yorkshire and printed in the UK.
All items on my website will be required to be shipped to you. I will prepare all items for shipping within 5 working days of receiving the order. You will be notified if, in extreme circumstances, I am unable to fulfil this time scale, and a refund can be made immediately if requested.
All products for sale on this website are available to ship within the UK. Only prints are available for European and International delivery, please contact me via the contact page and I will get a quote for you upon request.
UK orders
Items in the UK are shipped via courier. Your order should arrive within 4 days of it being shipped; however, during very busy periods such as in the run up to Christmas, shipping times may be slightly longer.
Please consider this when placing an order. Courier shipping guidelines state that 15 working days must have passed before an item is considered lost. If you have not received your item within 15 working days, I will send the replacement order to you at no extra cost.
European and International Orders
Please contact me via the contact page to discuss these options. Please note that when sending to foreign countries, customs fees or import duties may apply. It is the responsibility of you, the customer, to pay these fees.
At the payment stage of the checkout process, you have the option of free click and collect.
The click and collect location is Leeds 29, Menston. Please only choose click and collect option if you can collect your purchase from this location. If you are unable to collect, please select the standard shipping option.
Once payment has been received and you choose to click and collect, a team member will be in touch to confirm the location , suitable time and date for collection.
Please note you will be given 14 days to collect your order. If you fail to collect within the agreed timescales you will only be entitled to a 50% refund (the remaining 50% will be retained to cover handling costs).

Returning Goods
If you decide you no longer want an item you have purchased and you are able to return it to me within 14 days, then a refund will be given. However, if it not returned within 14 days a refund cannot be given. If the item(s) are still in brand new condition, as they have been sent out, then a refund will be given.
Please note that any shipping costs for returning items are not refundable and neither are shipping costs incurred by me when sending the item to you. You must notify me via the contact page of your intentions to return an item so I know to expect it.
Damaged Goods
If the item you have received is damaged, or somehow unsatisfactory, please get in touch via the contact page explaining the problem and attaching a photo showing the damaged item(s). Any damaged goods supplied by me will be replaced or refunded. If your item does not arrive at all, I will send a replacement.
Please read the delivery policy for information of UK delivery times before you request a replacement. European and International customers will need to contact me via the contact page.
It is you, the buyers responsibility to ensure the correct delivery address is provided at time of purchase. Items cannot be posted again if the item is delivered to the wrong address or person due to the customers information being supplied incorrect at the time of purchase.
