Returns and Exchanges

For a return please contact us via the contact page within 3 days of delivery.

 

Request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase via the contact page.

 

We don't accept exchanges.

Returning Goods

If you decide you no longer want an item you have purchased and you are able to return it to us within 14 days, then a refund will be given. However, if it is not returned within 14 days, a refund cannot be given. If the item(s) are still in brand new condition, as they have been sent out, then a refund will be allocated.

 

Please note that any shipping costs for returning items are not refundable and neither are shipping costs incurred by us when sending the item to you. You must notify us via the contact page of your intentions to return an item so we know to expect it.

 

Damaged Goods

If the item you have received is damaged, or somehow unsatisfactory, please get in touch via the contact page explaining the problem and attaching a photo showing the damaged item(s). Any damaged goods supplied by us will be replaced or refunded. If your item does not arrive at all, we will send a replacement.

 

Please read the delivery policy for information of UK delivery times before you request a replacement. European and International customers will need to contact me via the contact page.

 

It is you, the buyers responsibility to ensure the correct delivery address is provided at the time of purchase. Items cannot be posted again if the item is delivered to the wrong address or person due to the customers information being supplied incorrectly at the time of purchase.
